art exhibit, with the goal of inspiring and engaging the tattoo community
in social and political dialogue through the sharing of the artistic vision
of nationally renowned tattoo artists. Many people within the tattoo community
(and outside it as well) feel alienated from the current political process,
marginalized by their views, and powerless to effect change. The statement "what
